Pandesal Puding



Out of the Pandesal that my flatmate made, we decided to re-cook it making a Pinoy Puding – a mixture of bread cubes, milk, egg, and others.

Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- bread cubes (out of pandesal)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

Procedure:
- set oven to 170 degrees celcius
- in a bowl beat eggs
- combine condensed milk
- add baking powder and confectioner’s sugar, mix well
- add vanilla extract
- mash the bread cubes into the mixture, hand mash if needed
- put the mixture in a baking pan/tray
- bake for 40minutes
