Sinigang na Baboy (Pork Stew)

Sinigang na Baboy  or Pork Stew is my second favorite menu. My son, Daniel loves it too. Back home, I tried cooking it with the real tamarind but here, I only use Sinigang Mix. For those who love sinigang with thick sauce combined with sour and spicy taste, try this version.

My version of Sinigang na Baboy

- put tomato, onion, and salt in a bowl and extract
- in a cooking pan, combine pork, tomato, onion, & salt mixture, and rice water
