Kutsinta is a sticky rice cake made of rice flour and lye water. It is normally colored brown because of the presence of brown sugar. It is one of my favorites among the native delicacies in the Philippines.
I only got the chance to cook Kutsinta during my vacation because lye water is hard to find in this country where I am now. But I was too busy so I was not able to write and post it here in my blog.
My daughter Destine loves this very much. :)
